Following the announcement that public gatherings in Amsterdam will not be allowed until 1 September, the ESC has been preparing innovative ways with which to disseminate the ground-breaking cardiovascular science for which we are renowned. From 29 August to 1 September, you will be able to take part in what we hope will be the largest ever virtual gathering of the global cardiology community. Find out more. The new ESC Guidance for the Diagnosis and Management of CV Disease during the COVID-19 Pandemic provides the best available knowledge on how to treat the coronavirus infection, diagnose and manage cardiovascular conditions in COVID-19 patients, and organise and prioritise care. It will be updated as more evidence is gathered. Your input on this is important and we invite you to share your comments via the feedback form. ESC-U Cardiology Education Resource for Universities is an online course for trainees whose universities or medical schools have been closed due to COVID-19. This course will help them continue their learning. More below. ESC 365 – the ESC’s vast online library – has been made free for all until 31 July.
